Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you are part of a dynamic team with extensive experience and are responsible for marketing our services. In your role, you will interact with property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new clients/partners
  • Maintaining and retaining existing clients/partners
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with potential clients/partners
  • Preparing offers and sales documentation
  • Managing complaints
  • Conducting market analysis
  • Developing and expanding sales strategies based on strategic market developments

Profile
You have a degree or vocational training in commerce and have experience in sales. Ideally, you have already worked in the real estate or insurance sector.

You enjoy communicating and have a sales- and results-oriented approach.

You are reliable, responsible, and fully autonomous. Promoting products and services you believe in is your passion.
