SmartCaution SA

Since its creation in 2007, SmartCaution SA has accompanied tens of thousands of tenants and companies with their real estate projects by giving them acces to quality rent guarantees without bank deposit and at the lowest rates on the market.

Today plenty of real estate agencies and lessors throughout Switzerland trust and accept SmartCaution SA rent guarantees, not only for their low rates but also for the professional service provided to tenants as to themselves.

SmartCaution is a Swiss insurance company authorized by FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) and specialized in rental guarantees.
