How much does the SmartCaution rent guarantee cost?

The premium varies between 5% and 10% of the amount of the rent guarantee. Each file is examined individually and the amount is calculated according to various criteria such as financial situation of the company, year of creation, legal form, etc.

The premium amount will be indicated on the ‘request for security deposit’ document sent by SmartCaution to the applicant after the file has been examined.
