Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you are part of a dynamic team with extensive experience and are responsible for marketing our services. In your role, you will interact with property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals.
Key responsibilities include:

• Acquiring new clients/partners
• Maintaining and retaining existing clients/partners
• Negotiating and concluding contracts with potential clients/partners
• Preparing offers and sales documentation
• Managing complaints
• Conducting market analysis

Profile
You have a degree or vocational training in commerce and have experience in sales. Ideally, you have already worked in the real estate or insurance sector.

You enjoy communicating and have a sales- and results-oriented approach.

You are reliable, responsible, and fully autonomous. Promoting products and services you believe in is your passion.

The exciting and demanding role of Key Account Manager focuses on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the quality and professionalism of SmartCaution Insurance. You must be willing to travel regularly to our site in Geneva. In addition to German as your native language, you also speak French fluently.
