The Smart Caution rent guarantee provides your lessor or real estate agency with the same guarantee as a bank deposit, as a result you can ask for your money tied up in a bank account to be released.

How does the rent guaranteee without bank deposit work?

1. Register and pay for the first premium

Once you have filled out the rent guarantee request, you pay the registration flat-rate premium that covers your rent guarantee until December 31 of the current year.

2. Get your rent guarantee certificate

Your rent guarantee certificate will immediately be drafted by SmartCaution and sent to your lessor or real estate agency with a copy for yourself.

3. Sign your dwelling lease

Once the lessor or the real estate agency receives your rent guarantee certificate, you will be able to sign the lease of your new dwelling!

4. Receive the keys and move in!
